Effective date: September 14, 2026
Symatix (“we”, “us”) operates symatixtechnology.com. This policy describes
what information the site collects and how it is used. It is intentionally
short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you submit it through the
launch-updates signup form. Nothing on this site requires an account. - Server logs — our hosting provider (GoDaddy) keeps
standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for
security and operations, as virtually all websites do.
How we use it
- Email addresses are used solely to send Symatix launch and program
updates. No marketing lists, no third-party campaigns. - We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser’s
local storage is used only to remember that you dismissed the signup popup or
already subscribed, so we don’t nag you twice. That data never leaves your
browser.
Where it lives
Signup emails are stored in the site’s WordPress database, hosted by
GoDaddy in the United States.
Unsubscribing and removal
Every update email includes the sender address. To unsubscribe or have
your address deleted from our records entirely, email
info@symatixtechnology.com
and we will remove it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with
an updated effective date.
